Possible to get Natural Weather (Max Tael) working in Nehrim

Has anyone been successful in getting Max Tael's awesome weather mod Natural Environments working in Nehrim via this guide?

I loved the atmosphere this mod created in Oblivion and feel like I am missing something in Nehrim.

Porting Mods like Natural Environments to Nehrim is made more difficult because of the complicated Structure of the Nehrim Textures Folder, some of the textures in game are from Natural Environments, & there is a Natural Environments folder, a Nehrim folder, & 1 for Mr_Silka there already plus many others.

Just figuring out how to remove the default sunglare.dds took me some time. (If you ever want to get rid of it in Data/Textures/Nehrim & its called skysunglare.dds) But even porting Texture packs has some issues.
The beauty of OBGE & Liquid Water is that it sidesteps all of those issues.
