Is there a mod that allows me edit things like my attributes and LP?

I wanted up to train up my destruction early on but I can't find the appropriate trainer. Thanks for any tips.

Is this patch save-game compatible with 1075? Or should I be restarting a new game.

Is there a fix for the massive stuttering going on when I'm running around the map? Is this an Oblivion engine bug?

Using a Radeon HD 5700

I'm using the Nehrim launcher and I don't even see a Oblivion.esm.

edit: on reinstalled everything and it seems to be working now. Weird.

It shouldn't be. I installed into C:\Games. UAC says I have full permissions on that folder.

I'm having the EXACT same problem. Yes all the nehrim data files are checked.
