|Summary||0001796: Psionic Stinger(Splinter) doesn't work on certain enemy types.|
|Description||Psionic Stinger("Splinter" as per book name) states that it "Makes an enemy" fall into the fury effect. |
This indicates a difference from the old Provoke(fury) spells that are supposed to affect "Creatures and people" and need a perk to affect the rest of the enemy types.
However Stinger does not work on undead/elemental/mechanical enemies even with the perk active.
Either the description needs change or a fix should be applied. Also a fix for the Stinger-Splinter difference is needed.
Save file provided with test character with Provoke(VI) in both hands(spell books added via console), Full sinistrope tree, Psionic Stinger as equiped talent and an undead enemy in front. Provoke works, while Stinger doesnt.
|Steps To Reproduce||Cast Psionic Stinger on undead enemy.|

Also if possible. Do state if this an incorrect description or is it a script bug.
I would like to know it for my own playthough if i should fix it for myself until a official fix is made, or is that a true balance change and only the description is incorrect.
